Terrible communication and customer service. I ordered a rosary spray to go inside my loved one's casket. What I received looked nothing like the photo on the website. I received dark (almost brown) roses that were mostly buds, not the vibrant and somewhat fuller roses in the picture. I called the day it was delivered to the funeral home. They had already pinned it inside the casket without me seeing it first. I called Artistic Flowers and was very concerned. I asked the florist questions about what I received and was open to receiving a small discount. After all that, I was transferred to the manager Debbie who was so unapologetic and defensive- she actually asked me to take a picture of the item that was inside the casket DURING the viewing WITH my loved one inside. Such terrible customer service. Would never recommend. And Debbie you can save your reply- we both know how you handled the situation. You should be ashamed.

It was my best friend’s birthday , days earlier she told me her favorite flowers were stargazed lilies. I was struggling to find the going from store to store and so I called this place to see if by any chance they had any or could arrange for it to happen. In under an hour they managed to create this beautiful bouquet for a reasonable price , aside from the Lillie's I allowed them to freestyle , and Lucinda worked her magic and created this ! As I walked on the campus , I received a lot of compliments and everyone couldn’t stop but stare at the bouquet itself ! Thank you again , definitely recommend! My best friend loved it and it was all done last minute too!

This is my FAVORITE florist of ALL time! If you need flowers and magic for your special event, I highly recommend Artistic Flowers and Gifts!! I called the shop at 10:50am to ask about a same day bridal bouquet and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to create a custom and GORGEOUS bouquet for the bride to hold at her courthouse wedding at 12:30pm (and customized to my price range). Staff was extremely kind and very talented. I am definitely buying all my floral arrangements from here moving forward! I’m beyond impressed and so happy with my purchase!!

This is the best flower shop around hands down. Every time I buy a bouquet from them, it is never disappointing like other places I have been to. Thanks for being honest and making beautiful arrangements!

Debbie and Irene are great! I was working in the area for the week and was delighted to stumble across this hidden floral shop. The smell was delightful, and the offerings beautiful. They accommodated my budget, and I was able to surprise my client with a bouquet delivery after my visit was complete. Thank you, ladies!
